Digital Card Support
The Insurance Commission's Digital Claiming Card contains your 19-digit treatment number which can be downloaded and stored in your smart phone wallet. Use it like a physical card to pay for your pre-approved treatments at the time of service at a HICAPS terminal.
The Insurance Commission of Western Australia takes cyber security very seriously. When you add your Digital Claiming Card to your phone's digital wallet, all the information is stored on your device and encrypted. All information sent to the HICAPS terminal is encrypted. No other organisation receives any transaction information.
